Alright on my 93 xj when im goin down the road if i go more then 30mph the front tires start jerkin to the left and right real hard i was just wonderin would that be my tie rod ends or what

Sounds like the infamous death wobble, i had it on my 96 xj changed out to a cross over steering system and upgraded to a daul steering stabilizer...  check your linkage and make sure your current stabilizer is still good...

well start checking tires, wheel bearings, suspesion parts.  Could be brake calipers locking up too.  Kindo of hard to daignose without driving vehicle.  Good luck but be careful

loose wheel bearings, loose tie rods, loose track bar all of this can cause death wobble

what tires,and what size are they.had this happen with my cj. it was the tires. just another thing,to check out on it.
