I need to take the oil pan off of my 99 f350 2wd with a powerstroke. Do I have to take the whole engine out like the manual says, or is there another way to do it?

You should just have to lift the motor up 2 or 3 inchs to get the oil pan out

The easiest way to get it out, is pull it out the front, but it you pull the turbo you can get the engine up high enough to get the pan out
