its for a friend of mine it wont go over 55 it idels fine and nothing codes i think it probly an air leek i havnt gotten to look at it yet didnt know if anyone has had the same problem and could help me out

sounds like it could be a vaccum leak, and a pretty good size one at that.

We had an issue with a vehicle that wouldn't accelerate and it was the catalytic converter so you may want to check that out cause it will cause the O2 sensor to send false codes

tell them to do a full tune up plugs wires fuel filer, check cats and to check for a vacume leak just spray wd-40 around the vacume lines and intake. if the idle changes where your sprayin thats your leak
