Easiest way is to remove the entire front suspension from a late 70's ford f-150. All the brackets are bolted on and the ford frame is only 3/4" wider than your dakota frame. The worst part is cutting all of the old brackets out of the dakota. Mine is sitting on a 2001 dana 60 out of a f350 with leaf springs. the superduty spring perches line up with your frame rails so brackets are really easy. Lots of picks on my page.

My next question is, how long would it take to complete this swap after I get all the parts?, this is my daily driven truck.

This is not a weekend project. It is a lot of fabrication. Putting the new parts on is the easy part. Getting the old stuff all ripped out and the frame cleaned up takes some time. At least you have a steering box. thats one thing that you won't have to make. Mine was in the garage for several months, but it wasn't my daily rig. It's well worth it because you'll never have to worry about cv shafts and ball joints with the torsion turned up again. I have 4" chevy half ton springs with stock shackels and stock dakota leafs in the rear with 3" blocks and a 3" body lift and I'm clearing 35" boggers with no rubbing and it will flex a 921 on the RTI ramp.
