im puttin a 14ff under my half ton silverado, anyone know how far the spring perches n shock mounts need moved?

Hey, I would suggest measuring them out. Measur from inside of the mounts to the inside of the mounts, and outside of the mounts to the outside of the mounts and compare them. If they are really really close you should be fine to slide it right under. If they are off, you just move them wherever you need them to go whether it's in or out or on the opposite side.

i have putmany 14Bolt corperates in half tons...i have never had to move spring perches or shock mounts...only when i put dana 60's in (which came out of fords or dodges) have i needed to move the perches and shock mounts...this is all assuming that we are not talkkng about a late model truck?????

 

the axel is out of a 77 scottsdale and im gunna put it under my 86 silverado
